I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless, James Ready Brewing Company, its affiliates, legal representatives, successors and assigns, employees or any person or persons, corporation or corporations, acting under its authority, in whole or in part, from and against any claims, demands and causes of action of every nature and kind whenever arising whether at common law, by contract, statute or otherwise in connection with the use of the Recording or any modifications or alterations thereof.
